Our long-time Sous Chef has been in charge of the Nature & Pleasure Kitchen. Martin Tullus is originally from Estonia, Setomaa, in the southern part of Estonia.

Seasonal and fresh products from the Graubünden growing areas find their place in a creative way in the Stüva Engiadina kitchen. But what would life be without a healthy portion of "dolce"? Be sure to try one of our homemade desserts or our original Engadin nut cake.
